Service Overview
Jolly's Recycling provides pickup services for metal, pallets, glass, and cardboard within Riverside County and San Diego County, California. Our services aim to assist individuals and businesses in recycling responsibly.
Definitions
- Service: The recycling pickup service provided by Jolly's Recycling.
- Customer: Any individual or entity that uses Jolly's Recycling services.
- Materials: The recyclable items including metal, pallets, glass, and cardboard.
Scheduling and Pickup
1. Scheduling: Customers must schedule pickups in advance through our website or by contacting our customer service.
2. Pickup Times: Pickups are conducted during business hours, Monday through Friday. Specific pickup times will be confirmed upon scheduling.
3. **Location**: Pickups will occur at the address specified by the customer at the time of scheduling. The customer must ensure that the materials are accessible for pickup.

Materials and Preparation
1. Acceptable Materials: We accept metal, pallets, glass, and cardboard. All materials must be clean and free of contaminants.
2. Preparation: Customers are responsible for preparing materials for pickup. Metal should be separated from other materials, pallets stacked, glass containers should be empty and rinsed, and cardboard should be flattened.
Fees and Payment
1. Fees: Fees for the service will be outlined at the time of scheduling and may vary based on the type and volume of materials.
2. Payment for Materials: Not all recyclable materials will result in payment to the customer. Whether a customer receives payment will be determined on-site based on the type and condition of the materials. Jolly's Recycling reserves the right to assess and decide if payment is applicable.
3. Service Charges: Any applicable service charges will be communicated to the customer during the scheduling process.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
1. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Failure to cancel in a timely manner may result in a cancellation fee.
2. Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule pickups without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.
Liability and Indemnity
1. Damage: Jolly's Recycling is not responsible for any damage to property that occurs during the pickup process unless it is due to gross negligence or intentional misconduct by our employees.
2. Indemnity: Customers agree to indemnify and hold Jolly's Recycling harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the customer’s use of our services or breach of these terms.
Privacy
1. Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary to provide our services. This includes contact details and pickup addresses.
2. Use of Information: Customer information is used solely for the purpose of providing recycling pickup services and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Changes to Terms
Jolly's Recycling reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our website.
